Indipendence Bay

Lucca Games has always cared about the underground area of the gaming branch: clubs, fanzines and self produced authors have had a special place in the show since the very beginning. Since 2000 all these groups are hosted at profitable terms in the Indipendence Bay area.

This year the slogan for Indipendence Bay is "more": more tables, more games, more events!

Highlight of the Indipendence Bay area are the booth of Gioco Inedito, the international award for young authors, and the one of Area Autoproduzione, the travelling group of self-produced authors led by the unmistakable Angelo Porazzi. But we should not forget the Mutant Chronicles Italian Club, the italian club of the swedish tecno-fantasy saga, and a whole galaxy of sci-fi clubs:Allied Force,Battlestar Galactica, Yavin 4, Gundam and Imperial Crown.Indipendence Bay also has its share of foreign exhibitors: JKLM Games from England and Arturo Garcia of1936 Guerra Civil from Spain.
